1. The garden facility may be used by all residents around the garden as well as their guests and employees in businesses in the neighbourhood. The residents are asked to help ensure that the rules of order are observed and that the facility is kept and protected for other residents to enjoy.
2. Dogs and other domestic animals must be kept on a leash in the garden. Dogs must be aired before entering. Dog owners must immediately remove any leftovers, should an "accident" happen. Feeding animals, including birds and cats, is not permitted in the garden.
3. Transistor radios and the like may not be used in the garden. Noisy behaviour is forbidden in the yard from 22.00 (10 pm) to 08.00 (8.00 am) next day.
4. Waste may only be deposited in waste containers. Discarded contents, packaging materials etc. must not be placed in the yard and garden.
5. Bicycles must be placed in the bicycle racks. Cycling in the yard must be done with respect for pedestrians and children. Mopeds, motorcycles or other motorised vehicles may not be used in the yard. Parking of motorised vehicles as well as loading and unloading is not permitted in the yard/garden.
6. All toys brought by children into the living area, e.g. doll prams, toy bikes, scooters, etc., must be removed by the persons concerned or their family at the end of playtime.
7. Keys to doors and gates must not be handed over to unauthorised persons. Doors and gates with access to the street must be kept locked; the doors must not be blocked, so that closing is prevented.
8. Violations of the above mentioned rules have the same legal consequences as violation of the regulations for individual properties. Any vandalism to equipment, trees, plants, tables, benches and playground equipment entails liability for compensation.
